In Memory of Dwainette Tachelle Daniels

My Baby GirlDwainette Tachelle Daniels was born in Los Angeles, California on January 13, 1971, to the parents of Dwain Traves Daniels Sr. and Brenda Ann Jones. She was the youngest of four siblings. Tachelle grew up in the city of West Covina, CA with her father Dwain Daniels, stepmom Christine Lumia and one brother Dwain Jr. She attended and graduated from Edgewood High School in 1989. She loved the Lord and accepted Jesus Christ in 1992 and became a disciple at the Los Angeles Church of Christ at the age of 22.

Tachelle was a young lady of many talents and treasured accomplishments in the business world. However her greatest treasure was her daughter, Chanel Lamb who was born on January 9, 1990. While being a devoted mother to Chanel, Tachelle continued her education. She attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising for Fashion Design in Westwood, California. Tachelle also attended College of Southern Nevada.

At one time Tachelle had aspirations of becoming a model/actress. During that time she worked for various temporary agencies as a Receptionist/Secretary and in between work, Tachelle would go on auditions for TV shows. She continued to do this until she started her own business as a model recruiter. Tachelle discovered Krista White, one of America's Next Top Model. She mentored and coached Kris and introduced her to the modeling industry. Tachelle is responsible for Krista's first photo shoot. Later Tachelle launched her Live Radio Talk Show in Las Vegas called CEO Today. She created, sponsored, hosted and produced this show with a variety of hot topics. She also advertised and interviewed Business Owners, Authors of Books, Actors, Musicians and CEO's of today’s Corporate America. Tachelle still made time to work hard on Barack Obama's Presidential campaign by supporting and advertising to help elect the first Black President of the United States.

Tachelle never smoked, use drugs or alcohol, but was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2011, where she fought long and hard to conquer this illness. Tachelle restored her life to Christ in August 2011, as a member of Seattle Church of Christ. Tachelle had many supporters through this difficult time. Her father and Step-Mom Beverly were there to help her every step of the way, along with her daughter Chanel. The Lord called His Soldier Tachelle home to rest on November 10, 2012. She leaves to treasure her memory; her daughter, Chanel Lamb of West Covina, California, Parents, Dwain and Beverly Daniels Sr. of Seattle Washington, Brenda Ann Jones, Christine Lumia, her Sister, Debra Daniels-Taylor, Brother, Tarae Anthony Jones, Brother Dwain and Sister in Law La Tanya Daniels, Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and a host of relatives and friends. We can celebrate Tachelle's life because we know To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
